Deb has been a keen recreational scuba diver since 1983 and together with her husband Ted and best Buddy Audrey, enjoy many hours underwater at dive sites around the Brisbane region.
Nudibranchs are one of her real passions and she has collected images from around Queensland, Nelson Bay in NSW, the Jetties of South Australia, Flinders Pier & Blairgowrie in Victoria, Ammo Jetty & Rockhingham Wreck Trail in West Australia, Kosrae in Micronesia and Lissenung Island (team member of the Nudibranch Workshop March 2012) in PNG.
Since 1 July 2011 Deb has kept comprehensive records of Nudibranchs found from Stradbroke Island down to Cook Island in NSW (Gold Coast Nudibranchs) with most dives at this stage undertaken in the Gold Coast Seaway. Deb can often be found underwater during the full moon, when the branchs are out and about. Species list so far numbers 130+ with several new ones for Australian waters.
