"At this time we really do not know the extent of colour variation in all species of Nembrotha. It would be wrong to say this particular individual is a different (undescribed) species just because of the dark maroon (instead of black) body and white (instead of green) pustules. Definitely leave it as Nembrotha cristata because the external appearance matches that species most closely."
