Comment from the photographer: Another picture of the same slug. As I said I think this may be a type of Aldisa however can't find any that look like this taken in the Red Sea.

Of course it would take internal examination to be sure, but I think it would be safe to call it pikokai. Egypt is quite a range extension from Hawaii and the Marshall Islands."
